SUBSCRIPTION

Similar to newspaper and other digital content apps, access to the B737MRG app requires an active subscription.

Download and install the app for free and explore the free demo content. If you are satisfied with the app’s functionality, you can activate your subscription from within the app.

A single subscription provides access to all editions (CL, NG, MAX), in two languages
(English, Chinese), across all supported devices (phone and tablet). A single subscription allows you to use the app on multiple devices, provided all devices are logged in with the same app store account.  Cross-platform use (iOS and Android) requires a separate subscription for each app store!

The subscription costs approximately one dollar or euro per month — the exact pricing depends on local taxes and exchange rates. Your subscription includes all app and content updates, ensuring you always have access to the latest information.

THE  LEGAL STUFF

The subscription runs for a period of 12 months and can be terminated at any time. When terminated, the subscription runs until the end of the current 12-months period. By default, the subscription automatically renews, unless auto-renew is turned Off in your iTunes / Google Play account, at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

Frequently asked questions

A single subscription allows you to use the app on multiple devices, provided all devices are logged in with the same app store account.

If you are using a Company iPad, security restrictions often prevent you from signing in with your personal App Store (iTunes) account.

Your subscription is linked to your app store account.

Subscriptions cannot be transferred or shared between different app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play Store). As a result, if you switch from iOS to Android, or vice versa, you will need to cancel your subscription in the original store and start a new subscription in the other store.

If you use both iOS and Android devices simultaneously, separate subscriptions are required for each platform!  This limitation is defined by Apple and Google app store policies and is outside our control – sorry!

As per the Apple iTunes – Family Sharing and also Google Play – Family Libraries policy, In-App Purchase content cannot be shared with other devices in the family.

This is Apple iTunes / Google policy, I have no control over this, sorry.

Yes, some airlines provide their pilots with complimentary access to the MRG.

Airlines can activate the B737MRG app on company EFBs through Apple’s Business Manager. To arrange activation, please contact the author directly for further details.

Your subscription for this app is automatically extended, unless you disable “auto-renewal” in your Apple iTunes / Google Play account, at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

As with most digital services (such as software, music, or movies), purchases made through app stores are generally non-refundable. When the app is first downloaded, it operates in free DEMO mode, allowing you to review the functionality and sample content before committing to a subscription.

All payments and subscriptions are processed directly by Apple and Google. In accordance with privacy regulations, we do not receive purchaser details and cannot view individual transactions, nor issue refunds on your behalf.

If you wish to request a refund, you must do so directly through the app store. Please use the “Report a Problem” link in the invoice email you received from Apple or Google, and follow their refund request process.

5- on the Download page, select the book that you want to use and press the DOWNLOAD button

Android

1- Clear cache and all data in Settings – Apps – B737MRG

2- Delete the app from the device

3- Re-install the app

4- on the User Profile – License page, press the “Restore my Purchase” button

5- on the Download page, select the book that you want to use and press the DOWNLOAD button

Each book is approximately 20 MB in size. On a high-speed internet connection, the download typically takes only a few seconds; on a slower connection, up to one minute.

If a download takes longer than five minutes, it is likely being blocked by network restrictions. This most commonly occurs on public or restricted networks, such as hotel Wi-Fi.

Please check the following:

  • Router firewall — Some networks block large or encrypted downloads. Temporarily disabling the firewall may help (not possible on most hotel networks).
  • Wi-Fi / mobile connection — Try switching networks or using a VPN connection.
  • Internet provider restrictions — Connect to a different Wi-Fi network (for example, at the office or a private residence).
  • Public Wi-Fi access — Ensure internet access is fully enabled (open a web browser and complete any login or access-key prompt).
  • Security software — Add the app and our website to your trusted or allowed list in your antivirus or security software.

If the issue persists after trying the above, please contact support with details of your device, operating system, and country.

On the Download page, select the corrupted edition and long-press the button to force a new download.

Contact the author if the issue persists.
